There once was a great man that created beer. Shortly after, another great man named Sir Arthur Guinness created an even better beer and named it after himself. But the Guinness legacy extends far beyond the delicious brew itself, as Arthur revolutionized the industry and signed a legendary 9,000 year lease for the brewery, which still stands today (they pay about $72/year today).
